GOODBYE BLUE SKY

Goodbye Blue Sky was an assignment where we needed to make visuals that worked together with a quote of your own choice. As quote a took a piece from the song Goodbye Blue Sky from Pink Floyd. The text told me a story directly. This was my first real animation, but I’m happy with the result.

Did you see the frightened ones?

Did you hear the falling bombs?

Did you ever wonder why we had to run for shelter when the promise of a brave new world unfurled beneath the clear blue sky?

ADHD Medication

When a school project about making an infographic came along, I decided to make another animation. Based on my annoyance around the quick prescriptions of ADHD medication. The research I did is based on people with ADHD in The Netherlands. So the video will be in Dutch.

CONNECTED KUDELSTAART

Connected Kudelstaart is about the connection between people in the small village Kudelstaart where I live. Everybody knows everyone and talks a little when they meet. What interested and surprised me the most was that people did want to stay anonymous. First I had the idea to portrait them, but because of the anonymity I ended up drawing them instead. My work ended up being more about the process, talking to everyone in my own town and finding out new connections.
